The World Bank is supporting energy transition in Pakistan to improve financial and environmental sustainability. For the provision of technical assistance (TA) to MFIs and off-grid solar distributors, the WBG has implemented a need-specific TA program. BAZ’s role was to offer support to the partner organizations in the areas of business planning, credit and collections, access to finance, restructuring to thrive, and digitization using webinars and one-to-one technical assistance calls.
