Researched low cost housing models across three continents to understand the international best practices for a successful rollout across Pakistan. Furthermore, established a support mechanism with the support of local real estate developers to offer full support in the construction of low-cost strong structures to sustain earth-quack and other natural calamities. To finance the model, developed a viable housing finance product to increase the capacity of the banks to invest more into the low-cost housing infrastructures projects. Detailed Product Program Guidelines (PPG) document was designed coupled with and a business plan to support the idea of a scalable growth.
