Business Plan Development
Financial modeling | Business Planning | Pre-Feasibility Study SMEDA
A premier institution of the Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of Industries & Production. SMEDA was established in October 1998 to take on the challenge of developing Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. SMEDA focuses on providing an enabling environment and business development services to small and medium enterprises. SMEDA is not only an SME policy-advisory body for the government of Pakistan but also facilitates other stakeholders in addressing their SME development agendas. BAZ’s role was to review and finalize the financial models developed using the predefined SMEDA templates. Update information on the financial models including the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet. It also included a sensitivity analysis, financial ratios, and KPIs—debt to equity, break-even, profitability ratios, payback period, ROE, liquidity ratios, and stock turnover—to offer an improved understanding of the financial and operational performance.
