Business Strategy and Access to Finance Support – USAID PATTA Project

Under the USAID-funded Pakistan Agricultural Technology Transfer Activity (PATTA), the assignment focused on strengthening private-sector agribusinesses in Punjab and Sindh. The work included diagnostic reviews of over 30 partner organizations, covering business strategy, operations, and finance; development of business and financial plans for 15 partners; and training on financial planning and business development. The project helped build partners’ capacity to invest in and scale agricultural technologies, enhancing productivity and sustainability within the sector.
