The assignment focused on strengthening the capacity of PMIC partner institutions to deliver education finance solutions in Pakistan, with Dr Bilal Ahmad contributing through a specialist training and capacity-building role, supported by BAZ Consultants’ broader advisory experience. Implemented for Opportunity International and ADG Germany, the work involved delivering education finance training to the SAFCO Support Program and Agahe Pakistan staff, covering Pakistan’s education sector challenges, EduFinance product design, sales, client segmentation, marketing, communication, loan evaluation, and cash flow analysis. The engagement also included training-of-trainers for head office staff to support replication of the EduFinance model across provinces and promote tailored financial products that improve access to education.
