Donor Mapping Study – WaterAid Pakistan

The assignment comprised a comprehensive donor-mapping exercise for WaterAid Pakistan, implemented as a BAZ Consultants project led by Dr Bilal Ahmad alongside an international Water, Sanitation and Hygiene expert from Switzerland. The work combined global insights from WaterAid members in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada with consultations with multilateral banks, private donors, and United Nations agencies. The resulting analysis identified potential funding opportunities and provided strategic recommendations to strengthen resource mobilisation and support sustainable financing for water and sanitation initiatives.
